Payment & Refund Policy

Welcome to Key Janitorial Service . This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services offered via our website kjpolish.com and ensures compliance with U.S. laws. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Terms

All payments for floor cleaning and polishing services must be completed at the time of scheduling, unless prior written arrangements are made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

By providing payment information, you authorize Key Janitorial Service to charge the full amount for the requested services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment details.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may include applicable state and federal taxes. Key Janitorial Service reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

3. Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • If services were not provided as agreed due to our error.
  • If a service order is canceled before work begins.
  • If required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ryattwatson@kjpolish.com within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Payments for completed or custom floor cleaning and polishing services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, specialized treatments, large area projects, or same-day service requests.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with billing questions. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Key Janitorial Service may delay resolution and may result in denial if services were provided as agreed. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks for valid transactions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or service delivery must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. We will address all issues in compliance with U.S. commercial law to ensure a fair resolution.
